went out with sherilyn today.finally watched red cliff 2 (赤壁: 决战天下).


the movie is based on the historical battle of red cliffs (赤壁之战) between the combined alliance of liu bei (刘备) and sun quan (孙权) against the forces of cao cao (曹操).

compared to part 1, part 2 is definitely way better.action wise, story wise and character developement wise.the climatic battle scene was mind boggling and i think only an asian film can pull it off.because western films rely too much on effects.the other battle scenes were good stuff too.and two thumbs up to guan yu (关羽) cause his my ancestor lol!

overall, 4 out of 5 popcorns.only john woo can pull this off, kudos.

after the movie, walked ard heeren.saw this shirt "i am seriously being serious about not being serious".baby suggested i should buy it, but ex la.and we're gg to go sneakers shopping after cny i guess haha.

went to cotton on at wisma to shop after that.some crazy sale gg on there.got myself a polo for $10 while sherry got 2 pairs of shorts for $20.dirt cheap shit.after that was off to that cd shop at pacific plaza cause sherry need to get her dad a bday present.

lunched and went to china square central.cause i wanted to get a mighty mugg.u-toys was selling 2 mighty muggs for $45 only but the choices were like crap.so in the end got what i wanted, which was the thing (from fantastic four) mighty mugg.

then we took some pictures.

since we were bored so we decided to do a photoshoot of sorts at a nearby alley.our ever changing attempts at being artistic.

went to central at clarke quay after that.bumped into my dad's friend's wife otw, damn awkward.chilled out at starbucks before gg home.
